What is Peppol?
Peppol, or Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line, is a secure network that facilitates electronic invoicing. It is the European standard for e-invoicing.
In Belgium, e-invoicing is becoming increasingly important:
- B2G (Business-to-Government): In Belgium and the Netherlands, it has been mandatory to use Peppol for sending invoices to government entities for several years.
- B2B (Business-to-Business): Since 1 January 2026, Peppol is mandatory for invoicing between companies in Belgium. In the Netherlands, e-invoicing between businesses is not yet a legal requirement, but this is set to change in the coming years.
With your Teamleader One subscription, including the Peppol activation, you are all set for e-invoicing.
How can I activate Peppol in Teamleader One?
You can easily activate Peppol in your account:
Create a subscription: Make sure you have an active Teamleader One subscription.

Good to know: if you are already connected to the Peppol network via other software, we will only activate Peppol for outgoing invoices. This is because you can be registered in multiple e-invoicing programmes to send e-invoices, but you can only receive e-invoices in one programme.
