Save time by sending incoming invoices and receipts directly from your mailbox to Teamleader One. Thanks to the Trusted senders feature in your Settings, these documents automatically end up in the right place under Expenses.
What are trusted senders?
To prevent unwanted emails from ending up in your accounting, Teamleader One only accepts documents from email addresses that you have pre-approved. These can be your own email addresses, but also those of a partner or a specific supplier, for example.
How do you set up the email addresses?
Go to Teamleader One, navigate to Settings and click on Trusted senders.
Enter the desired email address and click the Add button.

A confirmation email is immediately sent to the address you just added.
Note: The owner of this email address must click the confirmation link in the email before the address becomes active.
Once the address is confirmed, the status Verified appears in your overview.
Forwarding documents to your account
Once you have verified a sender, you can simply forward invoices and receipts to the following email address: expense@mail.one.teamleader.eu.
Teamleader One recognises the sender, reads the attachment and automatically places the document in your account under the Expenses module.
Good to know
You can forward the following file types as attachments: .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg and .png.
You can add up to 10 trusted addresses. This is useful if you receive invoices on both a private and a business email address, for example.
