Help within reach: Do you have a question about a setting or an invoice? Your accountant can immediately look into your environment to help you.
Carefree administration: You know that your accountant proactively monitors things. For example, if Peppol is not activated yet, your accountant will raise the alarm before it becomes a problem.
For your accountant
As an accountant, you don’t want to constantly chase information. The portal is your central place where you keep full control over all your clients working with Teamleader One.
Technical overview: You can see per client whether they are already using the Peppol network and whether the accounting connection is enabled.
Take a quick look: Stuck with a client? You don’t need to video call or wait for screenshots. Through the portal, you have direct access to your clients’ Teamleader One accounts to watch and help where needed.
Grow effortlessly: Want to onboard a new client? You simply invite them via the portal. The client receives an email, activates the account and is immediately linked to your office.
Statuses in the portal
On the dashboard, you see different labels next to your clients. Here is a brief overview:

| Active | Your client has a paid account and everything runs smoothly. |
| Trial | Your client is currently exploring the software during the free trial period. |
| Expired | The trial period has expired and your client cannot currently invoice. |
| Offline | The account has been discontinued or is no longer active. |
How do I get access to the portal?
