Do you want to reward a customer for a large order, offer a special promotion or simply add some flexibility to your pricing? With Teamleader One, it is easy to apply discounts to individual product lines on your invoices and quotations.

In Teamleader One, you add discounts per product or service directly on the document.

1. Open the desired invoice or quotation.

2. Add a new product line or click on an existing product line to edit it. A pop-up window will appear.

3. Scroll down in the pop-up window to the discount fields:

   • Amount: Enter the number representing the discount here.

   • Discount type: Choose whether this number is a price amount (using the Amount button) or a percentage (using the Percentage button) of the product price.

4. Save the line by clicking OK. The discount will be automatically calculated and applied to the total price of that specific line.

👉 Example: If you enter 15 under Amount and select Percentage for Discount type, then a 15% discount will be applied to that specific product or service.
