You want to get started with Teamleader One, but you're not quite sure where to begin? No worries! This step-by-step guide will help you get going quickly so you can get the most out of our e-invoicing software. Step 1: Create your account
Visit the login page and create your account. You can choose to log in with Single Sign-On (SSO) or your email address. This is the start of your Teamleader One adventure, woohoo!
Step 2: Set up your company settings
In Settings, you can fill in your company details and upload your company logo. Make sure everything is correct, as this will make your workflow super efficient.
Step 3: Configure the other settings
Via the Settings, it's also best to set your currencies, VAT rates and quotation number correctly right away. After this, you can work quickly and without errors in your account.
Step 4: Activate your account
In the navigation bar, activate your account via the teal box. After your payment, you can enjoy our services, including the Peppol connection, for a full year (or longer, of course). And if necessary: cancelling is completely free – but we’d obviously rather see you stick around!
Step 5: Activate Peppol
After the payment, you can activate Peppol in the Settings. The Peppol connection provides a structured and secure method for sending all your invoices.
Step 6: Add your first contact
Under Contacts, you can easily add your leads, suppliers and customers. Fill in all the necessary information, such as email address, billing address and language. This way, you're all set to create documents for your favourite contacts.
Step 7: Add your first product
In Products, you can add your first product or service, depending on your business. That makes creating quotations and invoices a breeze!
Step 8: Create your first quotation
Go to Quotations and create a compelling quotation. Clearly show what you offer and at what price, so your customers are well informed. Is your quotation accepted? With one click, you can easily create an (advance) invoice.
Step 9: Create your first invoice
Use the Invoices page to create your first invoice. During this process, you can immediately choose your invoice number. Once your invoice is ready, choose whether you want to send it via Peppol or email. Simple, right?
Step 10: Add your first expense
Keep all your costs neatly tracked under Expenses. This way, you always have a clear overview of your incoming invoices.
