Are you having trouble creating, changing or resetting your password? In this article, you'll find out how to manage your password easily in Teamleader One.

Creating your password

During your registration with Teamleader One, you can choose between two options to create an account: using SSO or using your email. Depending on the option you select, you’ll need to follow different steps to set up your password:

• Using SSO (Single Sign-On): If you choose to register with SSO, your password is linked to your Google or Microsoft account. You don't need to create a separate password.
• Using email: If you register with your email, you'll be directed to Teamleader One right away. There, you need to click on the top right of the screen to go to your User profile. Here you can create a password.

Changing your password

Would you like to change your password? Simply go to your User profile at the bottom left of the navigation menu and click on Change your password.

Resetting your password

Have you forgotten your password? Don't worry! On the login page, just click on Forgot password?. Enter your email address and follow the instructions you receive via email to reset your password.

Remember, a strong password is crucial for keeping your account secure. Updating your password regularly helps to protect your data!
