Cancelling your Teamleader One subscription

To cancel your Teamleader One subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Subscription.
  3. Click on Teamleader One in the white box.
  4. Choose Cancel Subscription.
  5. Select a reason for cancellation and feel free to provide any additional feedback in the text box. Then confirm the cancellation to complete the process.

 

Important to note: You can continue using your Teamleader One subscription until the date it would normally renew. The subscription won’t stop immediately; it simply won’t be renewed automatically.
