Your company name as sender for invoices and quotations

When you send an invoice or quotation to your customer, it’s important that they immediately recognise who the document is from. In Teamleader One, your company name is displayed as the sender, ensuring your communication looks recognisable and professional right away.

 

How does it work?

  • Although the emails are sent via the address one@mail.one.teamleader.eu, the recipient will see your own company name in their inbox.

  • When a customer clicks 'Reply' in their email client, the response is automatically directed to your own email address (the address you specified in the Company settings of your Teamleader One account).

  • Tip: Make sure your company name is entered correctly in your Company settings, so it appears exactly as intended in your customer's mailbox.

 

This way, you’ll never miss a response, and it remains easy for your customers to get in touch with you directly.
