It sometimes happens that an invoice does not appear in your preferred language. No need to worry, you can easily change that! The key lies in the language settings of your contact.
Just follow these simple steps:
- Go to Contacts and select the contact for whom you want to adjust the invoice language.
- Click on Edit to modify this contact's details.
- Scroll down and choose the preferred language: Dutch, French or English.
- Don't forget to click Save to make the change.
Once the language is set, the invoice will automatically be generated in the selected language for that contact. This also applies to the text in the accompanying email, ensuring everything aligns nicely with your contact's preferences!
