Who is Teamleader One for?

Teamleader One is designed for solopreneurs who want to manage their administration efficiently in collaboration with an external accountant. We support the following company forms:

  • Sole proprietorships
  • Companies:
    • Private limited company (bv)
    • Public limited company (nv)
    • Limited partnership (CommV)
    • Cooperative society (cv)
    • General partnership (vof)
    • Ordinary limited partnership
  • Non-profit organisations (vzw/ASBL)*

*Important for non-profits: Depending on your activities, you can choose between Subject to VAT, VAT franchisee or Exempt from VAT (art. 44) in the company settings. Do you carry out activities both with and without VAT? Then register your account as Subject to VAT. This allows you to manually adjust or remove the VAT rate per invoice and add the required legal mention.
