Managing products in Teamleader One

Managing your products is essential for having a clear overview of your offerings, making it easier to create quotes and invoices. This way, you can present your products to customers more quickly and accurately. In this article, you'll learn how to easily add and edit products through the Products page.

 

Adding Products

To add a new product on the Products page, simply follow these steps:

Click on the Add Product button.

A screen will appear where you can enter various details:

  • Name
  • Description
  • Product type (Product or Service)
  • Internal Reference
  • Price
  • Currency
  • Unit
  • VAT

Click on Add product to save the new product.

 

 

Editing Products

If you want to modify an existing product, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Products page.
  2. Click on the product you wish to edit.
  3. Click on the Edit button.
  4. Make the changes you want.
  5. Click on Save to save the updates.

 

Note: The updated information will only be visible on new invoices, quotes and credit notes. It will not change in files that have already been sent.
