Managing contacts in Teamleader One

As a business owner, keeping track of your contacts is essential for managing relationships effectively and expanding your network. Adding contacts allows you to quickly access your customer, lead and supplier information, which is crucial for communication and follow-up. In this article, you will learn how to easily add and edit contacts through the Contacts page.

 

Adding contacts

On the Contacts page, you can add a contact in the following way:

 

Click on the Add Contact button.

A screen will appear where you can enter various details:

  • Company name
  • For the attention of
  • Contact type: select one or more types (Lead, Customer, Supplier)
  • Email
  • Mobile number
  • Website

 

Fill in the Primary Address:

  • Country
  • Street and number
  • Zip or postal code
  • City

If you would like to add a billing address, you can enter that below.

 

Fill in the Financial information:

  • VAT Number
  • Company number
  • IBAN
  • BIC

 

Finally, under Other, you can select the language and currency using a drop-down menu.

 

Click on Save to store the new contact.

 

 

Editing contacts

Would you like to adjust an existing contact? Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Contacts page.
  2. Click on the contact you wish to edit.
  3. Click on the Edit button.
  4. Make the changes you want to the contact details.
  5. Click on Save to keep the changes.

 

Note: The updated information will only be visible on new invoices, quotes and credit notes. It will not change in files that have already been sent.

 

With these steps, you can easily manage your contacts and ensure that all your customer information is always up to date!
